Clinical Analysis of Floating Needle Therapy for Restless Leg Syndrome
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of floating needle on restless leg syndrome.Methods 60 patients with restless leg syndrome admitted to the Department of Acupuncture in Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from June 2022 to January 2024 were unrandomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups ac-cording to difference treatment.The control group(30 cases)received acupuncture treatment,and the observation group(30 cases)received floating needle treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of restless leg severity in the observation group was 15.06±5.16,which was lower than 20.15±6.54 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.346,P<0.001).The scores of life quality of restless leg syndrome in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of sleep quality,anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of floating needle in the treatment of restless leg syndrome is satisfactory,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve sleep quality,regulate emotional state,and then improve quality of life.
