Bronchiectasis is one of the chronic airway inflammatory diseases with high incidence in clinic,which is pathological expansion and deformation of the bronchial tree caused by a series of causes.The causes of bronchiectasis are also different in different populations and regions,such as repeated pulmonary infections,rheumatic diseases,im-mune function defects,etc.The main clinical symptoms of patients with bronchiectasis were long-term cough,repeated hemoptysis and expectoration.Patients often seek medical treatment because of repeated acute exacerbations of the dis-ease,which will not only consume a lot of medical resources,but also cause serious threats to the physical and mental health of patients and reduce their quality of life.Therefore,it is very important to choose scientific and reasonable meth-ods to treat bronchiectasis in time.At this stage of clinical treatment for patients with bronchiectasis,the most critical link is to control infection.This paper mainly analyzes the progress of the treatment of bronchiectasis patients with antimicro-bial aerosol inhalation,hoping to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of bronchiectasis.
