Analysis and discussion of Tongsui Bushen Jieyu decoction in the treat-ment of aphasia after ischemic stroke
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongqi Bushenjieyu decoction in the treatment of aphasia after isch-emic stroke.Methods Clinical data of 90 patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke received from Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into con-trol group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Bushen Jieyu decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).After treatment,the oral expression,listening comprehension,reading and writing of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the changes of cerebral blood flow in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of conventional treatment and Tongdongbushenjieyu decoction on aphasia after ischemic stroke is relatively significant,and it can improve the speech ability and cerebral blood flow changes of patients.
