Clinical Safety of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy(CRRT)in the Treatment of Renal Failure Combined with Refractory Heart Failure
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in patients with renal failure and refractory heart failure. Methods A total of 62 patients with renal failure accompa-nied by refractory heart failure in Shuyang Zhongxing Hospital from February 2020 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected. They were grouped according to differences in treatment methods;reference group(31 cases)received tradi-tional therapy;study group(31 cases)received continuous renal replacement therapy. The electrolyte level, vital signs, renal function level and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, compared with the reference group, the blood sodium level and blood potassium level were better in the study group, the systolic blood pressure level, diastolic blood pressure level, respiratory frequency, heart rate level, urea nitrogen level and blood creatinine level were better in the study group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(9.68%vs 6.45%)(χ2=0.217,P>0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with renal failure accompanied by refractory heart failure, reasonable use of CRRT can effectively improve the electrolyte level, changes in vital signs and renal function of patients, and it is safe.
