Clinical Benefit Analysis of Different Doses of Levothyroxine in the Treat-ment of Pregnancy with Hypothyroidism
Objective To analyze the clinical benefit of different doses of levothyroxine in the treatment of pregnant women with hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 96 pregnant women(all with hypothyroidism)admitted to Wenshang County Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to June 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(48 cases,treated with low-dose levothy-roxine)and observation group(48 cases,treated with high-dose levothyroxine)according to different treatment meth-ods.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.019,P<0.05).The thyroid function and lipid metabolism in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of intelligence development index and mo-tor development index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 6 months after birth,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Com-pared with low dose,high dose of levothyroxine is more effective in the treatment of pregnant women with hypothyroid-ism,which can effectively improve the thyroid function of pregnant women,regulate the level of blood lipids and pro-mote the development of offspring.However,there are certain safety problems,and clinical attention and close atten-tion should be paid to the treatment process.
