目的 分析腹型肥胖2型糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus Type 2,T2DM)患者采用二甲双胍与沙格列汀联合治疗取得的效果.方法 非随机选取2022年10月—2023年9月济南市章丘区中医医院收治的102例腹型肥胖T2DM患者为研究对象,经治疗方式不同分为两组,各51例.研究组患者采用二甲双胍与沙格列汀联合治疗,对照组仅采用二甲双胍治疗.对比两组血糖、胰岛功能、腰围、不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组治疗12周后的餐后2 h血糖(9.05±1.52)mmol/L、空腹血糖(7.23±1.22)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(7.85±1.56)%低于对照组(11.89±1.80)mmol/L、(8.85±0.98)mmol/L、(8.65±1.79)%,差异有统计学意义(t=8.609、7.393、2.406,P均<0.05).研究组胰岛素抵抗指数更低,胰岛β细胞功能指数更高,腰围更小,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 腹型肥胖T2DM患者在二甲双胍的基础上联用沙格列汀可以有效控制血糖值,缩小腰围,促进胰岛功能恢复.
The Effect of Metformin Combined with Shagliptin on Abdominal Obesity Type 2 diabetes
Objective To analyze the effect of metformin combined with sargliptin on abdominal obesity type 2 diabe-tes(T2DM)patients.Methods A total of 102 patients with abdominal obesity T2DM admitted to Zhangqiu District Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jinan City from October 2022 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 51 cases in each group.The study group patients were treated with a combination of metformin and salbutamol,while the control group was only treated with metformin.Blood glucose,pancreatic function,waist circumference,and incidence of ad-verse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the postprandial 2 h blood glucose(9.05±1.52)mmol/L,fasting blood glucose(7.23±1.22)mmol/L,and glycated hemoglobin(7.85±1.56)%in the study group were lower than those in the control group(11.89±1.80)mmol/L,(8.85±0.98)mmol/L,and(8.65±1.79)%,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.609,7.393,2.406,all P<0.05).The study group had a lower insulin resistance index,a higher pancreatic beta cell function index,and a smaller waist circumference,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of metformin and salagliptin can effectively control blood glucose levels,reduce waist circumference,and promote the recovery of pancreatic function in patients with abdominal obesity T2DM.
