The Efficacy of Paramivir Sodium Chloride Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Influenza A Virus Infection and Its Effects on Immune Func-tion and Serum Inflammatory Factors
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Paramivir Sodium Chloride Injection on patients with influ-enza A virus infection and its effects on immune function and serum inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 112 pa-tients with influenza A virus infection received by the People's Hospital of Lishui District,Nanjing(Lishui Branch of Southeast University Affiliated Zhongda Hospital)from February 2021 to July 2023 were non-randomly selected in the study. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 56 cases each. The control group received routine treatment(including nebulized inhalation therapy, cough and phlegm reducing medication therapy)and oseltamivir treatment. The observation group was treated with paramivir sodium chloride injection on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy, immune function, serum inflammatory factor levels, and adverse reac-tions between the two groups compared. Results The total response rate of the control group(85.71%)was lower than the observation group(96.43%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.953,P<0.05).The serum inflamma-tory factors and immunoglobulin levels were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(3.57%)was lower than the control group(16.07%),the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=4.940,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients infected with influenza A virus,treat-ment with Paramivir Sodium Chloride Injection can improve clinical efficacy, significantly improve immune function, and reduce the incidence of inflammatory and adverse reactions.
