Evaluation and Analysis of the Utilization Effect of Amiodarone Hydro-chloride Injection in the Treatment Of Patients with Arrhythmia in Emer-gency Medicine
Objective To explore the clinical effect of using iopamidone hydrochloride injection in the treatment of emergency arrhythmia patients.Methods A total of 84 arrhythmia patients admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups by dif-ference treatment,namely control group and observation group,treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets and iodoami-done hydrochloride injection,respectively.And the clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators,clinical symptom scores,adverse reactions were compared.Results The total clinical efficacy was 95.24%in the observation group,higher than 80.95%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.086,P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the cardiac function indexes,clinical symptom score were better,ther incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of iopamidone hydrochloride injection helps to improve the cardiac function indexes of patients with arrhythmia in the emergency department,im-prove the clinical efficacy,and the clinical symptoms of patients are significantly relieved,and the incidence of ad-verse reactions is lower,with higher safety.
