目的 分析老年2型糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus Type 2,T2DM)患者行甘精胰岛素注射治疗对血糖标准差(Standard Deviation,SD)等指标的影响.方法 目的选择2022年1月—2023年1月北大医疗鲁中医院收治的60例老年T2DM患者,按治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组,各30例.研究组行甘精胰岛素注射治疗,对照组予以门冬胰岛素治疗.对比两组血糖波动水平、血糖指标及不良反应.结果 治疗后两组血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).治疗后,研究组血糖波动水平指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组不良反应发生率(9.99%)低于对照组(13.33%),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.162,P>0.05).结论 甘精胰岛素注射治疗老年T2DM患者,可改善调节血糖代谢,减轻血糖波动,不增加不良反应.
Study on Effect of Glargine Insulin Injection Therapy on Standard Devia-tion and Other Indexes in Elderly Diabetic Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of glargine insulin injection therapy on the standard deviation(SD)of blood glucose and other indexes in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM).Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly T2DM patients admitted to Peking University Medical Luzhong Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were objectively selected and divided into a study group and a control group of 30 cases each according to the differ-ence treatment.The study group was treated with glycemic insulin injection,and the control group was treated with menthol insulin.Compare the blood glucose fluctuation level,blood glucose indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indicators between the two groups af-ter treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the indicators of blood glucose fluctuation level in the study group were bet-ter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse reactions in the study group(9.99%)was lower than the control group(13.33%),the difference was not statisti-cally significant(χ2=0.162,P>0.05).Conclusion Glycogen insulin injection for the treatment of elderly patients with T2DM improves regulation of glucose metabolism and reduces glucose fluctuations without increasing adverse effects.
