Discussion on the Efficacy of Serum FT3,FT4,TSH Single and Combined Detection in Clinical Diagnosis of Hypothyroidism
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of serum Free Triiodothyronine(FT3),Free Triiodothyronine(FT4)and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone(TSH)single and combined detection for hypothyrodism. Methods A total of 70 patients with thyroid dysfunction diagnosed in Wenshang County People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 and 30 healthy personnel who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were ob-jectively selected as the study objects, and were divided into sub-hypothyroidism group(40 cases),hypothyroidism group(30 cases)and healthy group(30 cases).Serum FT3,FT4 and TSH levels in 3 groups were compared, and the di-agnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of serum FT3,FT4 and TSH levels in thyroid function was com-pared.Results There were statistically significant differences in serum FT3,FT4 and TSH levels among 3 groups(all P<0.05).The combined detection of the three indexes had the highest diagnostic efficacy for thyroid function(specific-ity 98.01%,sensitivity 91.22%,AUC=0.950).Conclusion The combined detection of serum FT3,FT4 and TSH has high application value in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid function, and can provide a certain clinical basis for the sub-sequent diagnosis and treatment.
