Clinical Effect Analysis of Snake Venom Thrombin Combined with Omeprazole for Injection in The Treatment of Acute Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding by injection of snake venom thrombin combined with omeprazole. Methods Clinical data of 150 patients with acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to Ulanqab Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 75 cases in each group. The study group was treated with cobblehead venom thrombin combined with omeprazole for injection, while the con-trol group was treated with omeprazole sodium. The clinical efficacy, clinical indexes, coagulation function indexes,in-flammatory factor indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The to-tal effective rate of the study group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.679,P<0.05).The clinical indexes, coagulation function indexes and inflammatory fac-tors indexes incidence of adverse reactions of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding, the combination of hemagglutinin and omeprazole for injection can effectively shorten the time of hemostasis and rapidly reduce the inflammatory response in the patient,so that the clinical treatment effect of the patient is better and the incidence of adverse reactions is reduced.
