Analyzing the Clinical Efficacy of Thrombolytic Therapy in Elderly Pa-tients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore the effectiveness of thrombolytic therapy for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 66 elderly AMI patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Hulunbuir City from May 2022 to May 2023 were objectively selected as the study objects. They were divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=34)by difference treatment. The control group received conservative treatment, while the observation group received intravenous thrombolysis with prourokinase. The 2 h relief rate of chest pain symptoms, coronary artery recanalization rate, and incidence of vascular adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The 2 h relief rate of chest pain symptoms(85.29%)and coronary artery recanalization rate(82.35%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.583,5.318,both P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had better left ventricular end systolic diameter, end diastolic diameter, and ejection fraction than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group(2.94%)was lower than that in the con-trol group(21.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.913,P<0.05).Conclusion The early clinical application of prourokinase thrombolysis has a significant effect on the treatment of elderly AMI.
