Analysis of the Effect of AVF and TCC Vascular Pathway Application in Hemodialysis Treatment of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Objective To analyze the effects of cimino-brescia arteriovenous fistula(AVF)and tunneled cuff catheter(TCC)vascular access in hemodialysis treatment of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 127 pa-tients with chronic renal failure admitted to Gaoyou People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from March 2021 to July 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects. They were divided into AVF group(63 cases)and TCC group(64 cases)by different treatment modalities. The hemodialysis effect, renal function level and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The hemodialysis index of AVF group was higher than that of TCC group, and the renal function level was lower than that of TCC group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The complication rate of AVF group(3.17%)was lower than that of control group(14.06%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=4.757,P<0.05).Conclusion AVF vascular access can effectively improve hemodialysis and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure during hemodialysis treatment.
