Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Four Indexes of Blood Lipid in Patients with Hyperlipidemia
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of four combined lipid indexes in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 72 patients with hyperlipidemia(observation group)in Yellow River Hospital affiliated to Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2022 to March 2024 and 28 healthy medical check-ups(control group)were non-randonly selected as the study subjects. All patients were measured the four indexes of blood lipids, and the diagnostic efficacy of the single test of total cholesterol,Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol and triglyceride indexes and the combined test of the four indexes were analyzed. Results The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the combined test for the di-agnosis of hyperlipidemia were 96.00%,97.22%,92.86%,97.22%,and 92.86%,respectively,which were higher than that of the single-indicator test, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effi-cacy of the combined test of the four lipid indices for the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia is high.
