Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Different Administration Meth-ods of Methotrexate on Unruptured Ectopic Pregnancy
Objective To comprehensively evaluate of the therapeutic efficacy of methotrexate in different modes of administration for unruptured ectopic pregnancy.Methods 100 patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy who under-went conservative treatment at Huaxi District People's Hospital in Guiyang City,Guizhou Province from July 2019 to July 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.According to the different methods of MTX administra-tion,they were divided into Group A(single intramuscular injection of MTX,57 cases)and Group B(single port lapa-roscopic injection of MTX at the affected area,43 cases).Treatment related indicators(human chorionic gonadotropin,β-Compare the time of HCG negative conversion,average hospital stay,and gestational mass size after 2 weeks of treatment)and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Results Group A's β-The time for HCG to turn negative and the average length of hospital stay were shorter than those in Group B,the gestational mass size after 2 weeks of treatment in Group A was smaller than that in Group B,the differ-ence was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Group A was 7.02%,which was lower than 23.26%of group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.368,P<0.05).Conclusion MTX treat-ment has a very positive effect in unruptured ectopic pregnancy,and the treatment effect varies with different adminis-tration methods.Among them,a single intramuscular injection of MTX is more effective with fewer adverse reactions,and can be used as the preferred treatment for patients.It has certain promotional value,but the best treatment method should still be considered comprehensively based on the actual situation of patients.
