Effect of Hysteroscopic Surgery Combined with Mirena in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with Mirena in the treatment of peri-menopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods 94 patients with abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleeding admitted to Xiangya Changde Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups according to difference treatment methods, with 47 cases in each group. The comparison group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery combined with dydrogesterone, and the analysis group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery combined with mirena. The sex hormone levels, endometrial thickness, hemoglobin levels, treatment effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The sex hormone level of the analysis group was better than that of the comparison group, the endometrial thickness was lower than that of the comparison group, the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the comparison group, and the treat-ment effective rate was higher than that of the comparison group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in analysis group(4.26%)was lower than that in comparison group(21.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.113,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of perimenopausal pa-tients with abnormal uterine bleeding, hysteroscopic surgery combined with mirena can improve the treatment effective rate, regulate the level of sex hormones, improve the level of hemoglobin, and contribute to the recovery of endometrial thickness, with high safety.
