Clinical Study on the Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu De-coction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure in Coronary Heart Dis-ease
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on chronic heart failure patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods 80 patients with CHD and chronic heart failure admitted to Dongchangfu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Liaocheng City from May 2022 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to dif-ference treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction,and the study group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score and cardiac function improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(75.00%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=6.274,P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome score and heart function in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion In the treatment of CHD patients with chronic heart failure,Zhenwu Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu de-coction can improve the curative effect,improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and improve the heart function.
