Analysis of therapeutic effect of Bushen Yangyin Pill on early diabetes ne-phropathy
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Bushen Yangyin pill on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Eighty patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Janu-ary 2023 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to treatment method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given irbesartan tablet,and the treatment group was given bushen Yangyin pill.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood glucose related indexes,24 h uri-nary microalbumin excretion rate and renal function level of the two groups were compared.Results After 24 weeks of treatment,the clinical effect of the treatment group(92.5%)was significantly better than that of the control group(72.5%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.541,P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms and related in-dexes of blood glucose in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The 24 h urinary microalbumin excretion rate and renal function in-dexes of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Bushen Yangyin pill in early diabetic nephropathy pa-tients can effectively improve clinical symptoms,regulate blood sugar level and reduce 24 h urinary protein level,and also has a significant effect on the improvement of renal function.
