The Effects of Methotrexate,Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Combined with Celecoxib Treatment on Immune Function and Bone Metabolism in Pa-tients with Rheumatoid Arthritis
Objective To explore the effect of methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with celecoxib in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Guizhou Hospital of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and study group by treatment method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate, and the study group was treated with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with celeoxib. The bone metabolism, immune func-tion and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The immune function indexes and bone metabo-lism level of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(21.67%vs 11.67%)(χ2=1.500,P>0.05).Conclusion Under the premise of using hydroxychloroquine sulfate and methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients, the combination of celecoxib can not only improve the immune function of patients, but also regulate their bone metabolism, with high safety.
