Observation on the Effect of Wuqinxi Combined with Calcitriol on Blood Calcium Concentration and Bone Mineral Density in Postmenopausal Os-teoporosis Patients
Objective To explore the effect of Wuqinxi combined with calcitriol in the treatment of postmenopausal os-teoporosis.Methods A total of 228 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis treated in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.Accord-ing to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group,guidance group,low-dose combined group and high-dose combined group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The guidance group increased five-animal exercise training.The low-dose combined group was given low-dose calcitriol orally.The high-dose combined group was given high-dose calcitriol orally.The blood calcium concentration,bone mineral den-sity and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the four groups.Results After treatment,the serum calcium concentration in the low-dose combined group and the high-dose combined group(2.32±0.20)mmol/L,(2.32±0.23)mmol/L was higher than that in the control group and the guidance group(2.06±0.21)mmol/L,(2.04±0.18)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(F=19.888,P<0.05).The bone mineral density of lumbar spine in the guidance group,low-dose combined group and high-dose combined group was higher than that in the control group,the bone mineral density of lumbar spine in the high-dose combined group was higher than that in the guidance group,the bone mineral density of left femoral neck in the low-dose combined group was higher than that in the con-trol group and the guidance group,the bone mineral density of left femoral neck in the high-dose combined group was higher than that in the control group,the guidance group and the low-dose combined group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the total inci-dence of adverse reactions among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The training of the five-animal exercise has a positive effect on the increase of bone mineral density in patients.On this basis,the combined use of calcitriol can im-prove the loss of bone mineral density in patients,and the effect of high-dose medication is more significant.
