Analysis of the Effect of Remifentanil Combined with Propofol Anesthesia on Transurethral Ureteral Holmium Laser Lithotripsy
Objective To observe the effect of remifentanil combined with propofol anaesthesia for transurethral ure-teral holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 80 patients with ureteral stones who underwent transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy at the Third People's Hospital of Jining City from August 2022 to August 2023 were objectively selected and 40 cases of the reference group(anaesthesia:fentanyl+propofol)and 40 cases of the intervention group(anaesthe-sia:remifentanil+propofol)were classified by different anesthesia method.The cardiovascular system reaction during the extubation period,anaesthesia effect and adverse reaction were compared between the 2 groups.Results The car-diovascular system responses in the intervention group were better than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);The probability of adverse reactions in the intervention group 2.50%(1/40)was lower than 15.00%(6/40)of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.914,P<0.05);The anaesthetic effects between two groups were compared and the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of combined anaesthesia of remifentanil+propofol for patients treated with holmium laser lithotripsy via urethral ureteral catheter can obtain ideal results,can optimize the cardiovascular system response of the patients during the extraction period,and play an effective preventive role against adverse reactions.
