Comparison of the Effects of Two Surgical Treatments for Knee Joint Fractures
Objective To analyze the effects of two surgical treatments for knee joint fractures. Methods 82 patients with knee joint fractures at Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were objec-tively selected as study objects and divided into a control group and a study group by different operation methods, with 41 cases in each group. The control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation surgery, while the study group underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery. The clinical indicators were recorded, knee joint function was observed, and complications were statistically analyzed. Results The surgery, hospitalization, and fracture healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the bleeding volume in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the Visual Analog Score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the Hospital for Special Surgery score was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 4.88%(2/41)in the study group, and lower than 21.95%(9/41)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.145,P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery has high value, can shorten the recovery time of patients with knee joint fractures, improve knee joint function, and reduce the inci-dence of complications.
