Analysis of the Effect of Propofol Combined with Remifentanil Intrave-nous Pumping Maintenance after Induction of Anesthesia on Intraopera-tive Hemodynamics of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil intravenous pump maintenance on intraoperative hemodynamics in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under anesthesia induction. Methods Seventy cases of patients admitted with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Qianxi City People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to different anesthesia methods,35 cases each.In the observation group, propofol combined with remifentanil was given to maintain anesthesia by intravenous pumping after induction of anesthesia, and in the control group, propofol combined with intermittent sufentanil was given to maintain anesthesia after induc-tion of anesthesia. The levels of hemodynamic indexes, intraoperative sedation scores, and postoperative awakening time were compared between the two groups. Results At T1 and T2,the heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and dia-stolic blood pressure levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The intraoperative sedation score was-1.78±0.15 and postoperative awaken-ing time was(7.69±1.48)min of the patients in the observation groups, which were better than 1.02±0.17 and(14.06±2.13)min of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.237,9.574,both P<0.05).Con-clusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, intravenous infusion of propofol combined with remifen-tanil after anesthesia induction can not only achieve good sedative effects, but also reduce intraoperative hemodynamic fluctuations and shorten postoperative recovery time.
