Mannitol Combined with Butylphthalide Injection to Improve Oxidative Stress in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the clinical value of mannitol combined with butylphthalein injection in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wuchuan Gelao-Miao Autonomous County from November 2021 to November 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treat-ment methods,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mannitol,and the observation group was treated with mannitol combined with butylphthalein injection.The clinical therapeutic effect,cerebral hemody-namics and oxidative stress reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(18/20),higher than 60.00%(12/20)of the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.800,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in pre-treatment cerebral hemodynamic indexes and chemical stress response indexes(all P>0.05).After treatment,both groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement degree of the observa-tion group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion In patients with acute cerebral infarction,mannitol combined with butylphthalein injection has high curative ef-fect,which can effectively regulate cerebral hemodynamics and reduce oxidative stress reaction.
