Analysis of the effect and safety of trimetazidine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy
Objective To explore the overall effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets as a regi-men during the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods 72 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were objec-tively selected from March 2023 to March 2024 in Linqu County People's Hospital.The groups were divided into groups according to the specific treatment methods,36 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional drugs for intervention.On the basis of routine treatment,the reference group was combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets.The study group was based on the treatment plan of the reference group,combined with trimetazidine hydro-chloride sustained-release tablets.The cardiac function,heart rate variability,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of each group were evaluated.Results Compared with the reference group,the study group had higher left ventricular ejection fraction,lower left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic volume,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac-tions between the groups(P>0.05);The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed.The study group was 94.4%(34/36),which was higher than 77.8%(28/36)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.181,P=0.041);In terms of heart rate variability indicators such as the root mean square of the differ-ence between adjacent RR intervals and the overall standard deviation of sinus RR intervals,the study group was higher than the reference group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion Trimetazidine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets have good medication effect,which can improve the car-diac function of patients,reduce the risk of heart rate variability,and medication safety.
