The Effect of Ticagrelor on Myocardial Microcirculation and Heart Func-tion in Patients with ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Treatment
Objective To evaluate the value of ticagrelor in improving myocardial microcirculation and cardiac func-tion in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods 70 STEMI patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention treated in Shandong Yiyang Health Group Zibo Hospital from January 2022 to Au-gust 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects, and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel and the observation group was treated with ticagrelor.Blood flow classification, cardiac function and myocardial microcirculation were compared between the two groups. Results The blood flow classification of grade 0(0),grade 1 11.43%(4/35),grade 2 62.86%(22/35),grade 3 25.71%(9/35)in observation group were better than 25.71%(9/35),34.29%(12/35),34.29%(12/35)and 5.71%(2/35)of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(Z=20.395,P<0.05).Cardiac index, stroke output index, left ventricular ejection fraction and myocardial microcirculation indexes in observation group were better than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion The use of ticagrelor in percutaneous coronary intervention in STEMI patients can improve myocardial circulation status and cardiac function.
