Analyze on the Effectiveness of Omeprazole Combined with Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Patients with Gastritis and Gastric Ulcer
Objective To explore the value of selecting the combination of omeprazole and amoxicillin in the treat-ment of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcers.Methods 91 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcers treated in Guanxian First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were objectively selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group(45 cases)and a control group(46 cases)by different treat-ment method.The control group were treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin was added to the study group for treatment,and the treatment effects,gastrointestinal hormones,and inflammatory factors were compared between the groups.Re-sults The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.56%(43/45),higher than 82.61%(38/46)in the refer-ence group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.898,P<0.05);The levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of omeprazole and amoxicillin in patients with gas-tritis and gastric ulcers can improve treatment effectiveness,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,alleviate inflam-matory reactions,and is worthy of widespread application.
