The Effects of Rosacetam and Ferrous Succinate on the Levels of FER,Hep,IL-6,and CRP in Patients with MHD Renal Anemia
Objective To analyze the efficacy of rosacetam and ferrous succinate in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients with renal pelvic blood. Methods From January 2022 to July 2023,90 patients with MHD renal anemia ad-mitted to the Nephrology Department of Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University were objectively se-lected,and they were grouped by different treatment method with 45 patients each. All patients received routine symp-tomatic treatment, while the control group olded ferrous succinate and the observation group olded rosuvastat+ferrous succinate. The therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results The serum transferrin saturation of the observation group was(39.02±3.61)%,which was higher than the control group's(34.96±3.38)%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.507,P<0.05).The levels of Hepcidin and ferritin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the level of inflammation factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of rosacetam and ferrous succinate can further improve iron metabolism, regulate ferritin, and alleviate inflammatory reactions in patients with MHD renal anemia, which is worth recommending.
