Effect of Intravenous Thrombolysis of Edaravone Dextrocamphorol Com-bined with Urokinase on The Therapeutic Effect and Serological Indexes of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the impact of combining edaravone dextrocamphorol with urokinase for intravenous thrombolysis on patients with acute cerebral infarction, and the effect on blood markers. Methods Ninety-two patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Nanchong Hospital of Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University(Nanchong Central Hospital)from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected nonrandomly. They were di-vided into two groups according to treatment methods, with 46 cases each. The control group was treated with throm-bolysis using urokinase administered intravenously, and the observation group was treated with the combination of eda-ravone dextran and urokinase. The clinical efficacy, cerebral blood rheology indexes, levels of neurological and inflam-matory factors, ability of daily life activities and mental state of the two groups were compared. Results The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),higher than 80.43%(37/46)of the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=7.180,P<0.05).After treatment, the cerebral blood rheology indexes,neurofac-tors,inflammatory factor levels, daily life activity scores, and mental state scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dexamfet-amine combined with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis of edaravone can significantly improve the clinical outcome of acute cerebral infarction, improve cerebral blood rheology indexes, regulate the levels of neurofactors and inflamma-tory factors, and improve the ability of patients to perform activities of daily living and mental status.
