Clinical Efficacy of Neuroendoscopic Hematoma Removal Surgery in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical application of two neuroendoscopic hematoma removals versus traditional bone flap craniotomy in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 62 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to Dongguan Binhaiwan Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected, and divided into two groups according to different surgi-cal methods, the observation group adopting neuroendoscopic hematoma removal surgery, and the control group adopt-ing traditional bone flap craniotomy.Surgery-related indexes,prognosis-related scores and the occurrence of postop-erative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The surgery-related indexes and prognosis-related scores of the patients in the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.45%(2/31),which was lower than the 32.26%(10/31)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.613,P<0.05).Conclusion Neuroendoscopic hematoma debridement can effectively increase the hematoma clearance rate, shorten the patient's hospital stay and help improve the patient's prognosis and reduce the occurrence of postoperative compli-cations.
