Efficacy Study of Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Closure in the Treat-ment of Complex Patent Foramen Ovale
Objective To explore the curative effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous closure in the treatment of complex patent foramen ovale. Methods A total of 70 patients with complex patent foramen ovale admitted to the Af-filiated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects, and all the included patients had headaches and other symptoms.According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups,35 cases each. The control group was intervention X line with transthoracic occlusion, while the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous occlusion. The clinical efficacy,re-covery and operation of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%(34/35),which was better than 82.86%(29/35)of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.968,P<0.05).The recovery and operation conditions of the study group were better than those of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous closure in the treatment of complex patent foramen ovale is effective, can promote the recovery of patients, and has a high surgical safety.
