Clinical Analysis of Gui Zhi Ma Huang Ge Ban Tang in the Treatment of Cold Urticaria
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Guizhi Mahuang Gebantang on cold urticaria.Methods A total of 60 patients with cold urticaria admitted to Nanjing Jiangning District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to August 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the treatment,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment with Western medicine,and the study group received Guizhi ephedra Gebantang with Chinese medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome scores,itching degree,laboratory indexes,incidence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and itching degree of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of inflammatory factors was better than that of the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%(1/30)in the observation group,which was lower than 20.00%(6/30)in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.043,P<0.05).The therapeutic effectiveness of the study group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Mahuang Gebantang in the treatment of cold urticaria can improve the TCM syndrome score and laboratory index of patients,reduce the degree of itching,less adverse reactions,and the therapeutic effect is good.
