Analysis of the Clinical Treatment Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Excision Versus Open Ovarian Cyst Excision
Objective To explore the differences in the effects of treating patients with ovarian cysts by laparoscopic ovarian cysts and versus open ovarian cyst excision respectively.Methods 82 patients with ovarian cysts were admit-ted to Lianshui County maternal and child health care hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected and grouped according to different surgical methods,41 cases in each group,the control group was treated with open ovarian cyst excision,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision.The surgical treatment indexes,ovarian function and complications were compared and analysed between the two groups.Results The surgical treatment indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The ovarian hormone levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than 17.07%(7/41)of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=4.987,P<0.05).Conclusion Ovarian cyst patients treated with laparoscopic surgery have lower surgical trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less impact on patients'ovarian function,and fewer postoperative complications.
