结核分枝杆菌耐药机制与检测技术的研究进展

结核病是一种由结核分枝杆菌引起的慢性呼吸道传染病,对人类健康和生命危害极大.在治疗过程中,随着抗结核药物的广泛应用和结核病患者长期使用抗结核药物,导致耐药菌株的出现并不断传播.在结核病高发的非洲和亚洲,耐多药结核病(multi drug-resistant tuberculosis,MDR-TB)患者已超过1 000万,成为结核病的主要传染源.MDR-TB患者中耐药菌株的出现,将导致更多结核病患者因病情严重而死亡.因此,了解MDR-TB耐药机制,建立准确可靠的耐药检测技术,对于指导临床合理用药和有效治疗结核病具有重要意义.
Research Progress on Drug Resistance Mechanism and Detection Technol-ogy of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis
Tuberculosis is a chronic respiratory infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis,which is very harmful to human health and life.In the process of treatment,with the widespread use of anti tuberculosis drugs and the long-term use of anti tuberculosis drugs by tuberculosis patients,drug-resistant strains have emerged and con-tinue to spread.In Africa and Asia,where tuberculosis is high,there are more than 10 million patients with multi drug resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB),which has become the main source of infection of tuberculosis.The emergence of drug-resistant strains in MDR-TB patients will lead to more deaths of tuberculosis patients due to serious conditions.Therefore,understanding the drug resistance mechanism of MDR-TB and establishing accurate and reliable drug re-sistance detection technology are of great significance for guiding clinical rational drug use and effective treatment of tuberculosis.
