Study on the Relationship between Sealing Drainage Pressure with Differ-ent Negative Pressure and the Effect of Medium and Thick Skin Graft in Rat Wound
Objective To investigate the relationship between different negative pressure sealing drainage pressure and the effect of medium and thick skin graft on rat wounds. Methods A total of 48 experimental rats were purchased from the laboratory of The Fifth Affiliated(Zhuhai)Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from August 2022 to October 2023 were objectively selected to undergo medium thick skin transplantation.According to the negative pressure value and treatment plan, they were divided into low negative pressure group(negative pressure value 75 mmHg),medium negative pressure group(negative pressure value 125 mmHg),high negative pressure group(negative pressure value 175 mmHg)and packing pressure group, and the transplantation efficacy of tifferent groups was compared. Results The survival rate of skin in medium negative pressure group was higher than that in low negative pressure group, high negative pressure group and packing pressure group at 7 and 14 days after operation, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate of medium negative pressure group was 0,which was lower than that of low negative pressure group, high negative pressure group and packing pressure group 16.70% (2/12),33.30% (4/12)and 50.00% (6/12),the differences were statistically significant(χ2=8.889,P<0.05).The microvascular density level of medium negative pressure group was higher than that of low negative pressure group, high negative pressure group and packing pressure group at 7 and 14 days after operation, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The protein expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor in medium negative pressure group were higher than those in low negative pressure group, high negative pressure group and pack-ing pressure group at 7 and 14 days after surgery, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion The optimal negative pressure sealing drainage pressure is 125 mmHg,which can improve the survival rate of the skin, promote the expression of VEGF,bFGF and other growth factors, and reduce the incidence of complications.
