The Impacts of Different Dialysis Modes on the Urotoxin Removal,Inflam-matory Factors and Oxidative Stress During the MHD of Uremia Patients
Objective The effects of low-flux dialysis and high-flux dialysis on toxin clearance, inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in uremia patients were compared and analyzed. Methods 100 patients with maintenance hemodi-alysis(MHD)treated in Jiexi People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to different dialysis methods, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given low-flux dialysis membrane dialysis, and the study group was given high-flux dialysis membrane dialysis. The total effective rate, blood toxin index, inflammatory factor index and oxidative stress index be-fore and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.00% (46/50),higher than 74.00% (37/50)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.741,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of blood toxin, inflammatory factors and oxidative stress between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of blood toxin indexes and in-flammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of oxidative stress state indexes were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion The treatment effect of MHD uremia patients receiving high-flux dialysis membrane dialysis is better than that of low-flux dialysis membrane dialysis, which can improve the clearance effect of uremia toxins and inflammatory fac-tors,and improve the oxidative stress state of patients.
