Effect of Butylphthalein Assisted with Ateplase Intravenous Thrombolysis in Emergency Stroke and Its Impact on Neurological Function of Patients
Objective To study the effect of butylphthalein combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy on cerebral apoplexy patients and its influence on their neurological function. Methods The clinical data of eighty-six stroke patients admitted to the emergency department of Fengxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Feb-ruary 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group(n=43)received intravenous thrombolytic therapy with alteplase, and the observation group(n=43)was combined with the adjuvant treatment with butyphthalein on the basis of the control group.National Institutes of Health stroke scale score,FuglMeyer score, daily living ability score,Berg balance scale score, and coagulation function index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Hemorheology index and clinical treatment efficiency before and after treatment. Results After treatment,Na-tional Institutes of Health stroke scale score,FuglMeyer score, daily living ability score,Berg balance scale score,co-agulation function index and hemorheology index of observation group were better than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35% (41/43)higher than 81.40% (35/43)of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.074,P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolytic therapy of alteplase assisted by butylphthalein can effectively improve the neuro-logical function of stroke patients, and it is worth popularizing.
