Analysis of Clinical Application Value of Bifidobacteria Trivialis in Pa-tients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Objective To explore the therapeutic value of bifidobacterium triple live bacteria in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods A total of eighty-four patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from March 2022 to February 2024 were non-randomly se-lected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with forty-two cases in each group. The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine, and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triad.Liver function, intestinal flora and inflammatory factors were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in liver function indexes, intestinal flora and inflammatory factors between 2 groups(all P>0.05).After treatment, the glutamic oxalic transaminase, total bilirubin and alanine transaminase in observation group were(28.49±5.68)U/L,(8.99±1.44)mmol/L and(28.87±5.91)U/L,it was lower than(31.58±4.67)U/L,(10.02±1.57)mmol/L,(33.17±5.86)U/L in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.723,3.133,3.348,all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of intestinal flora and inflamma-tory factors in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacteria triple live bacteria can significantly improve the liver function in-dex of patients, reduce the impact of inflammatory factors on the intestine and liver, and restore intestinal flora.
