Therapeutic Effect of Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer's Solution and Com-pound Sodium Chloride Injection on Septic Shock
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of sodium bicarbonate Ringer's and compound sodium chlo-ride injection in the treatment of septic shock. Methods The clinical data of seventy patients with septic shock re-ceived limited fluid resuscitation from August 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected, and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, the differences of lactate clearance and electrolyte balance be-tween the control group(n=35,compound sodium chloride injection)and the observation group(n=35,sodium bicar-bonate ringer solution)were compared. Results The values of lactic acid in the observation group at 1,3 and 6 hours after treatmentwere significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of Cl-was(106.23±3.17)mmol/L after forty-eight hours of treatment, significantly lower than the control group(110.94±2.72)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.671,P<0.05).Conclusion So-dium Bicarbonate Ringer's solution can be used in the treatment of limited fluid resuscitation in septic shock.Com-pared with compound sodium chloride injection,it can effectively clear lactic acid, maintain water-electrolyte balance and prevent functional failure, promote rapid recovery of patients.
