Effect Analysis of Vascular Pedicle Free Fibular Transplantation in the Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis
Objective To analyze the effect of free fibula graft in the treatment of femoral head necrosis. Methods Eighty-one cases of femoral head necrosis patients treated in the First People's Hospital of Yancheng City from Sep-tember 2018 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to the different surgical methods. In the control group, forty cases were given the combined treatment of surgical dislocation head and neck opening, necrotic bone removal and compression bone grafting. In the observa-tion group,forty-one cases were treated with free fibula graft with vascularized tip.Compared the Harris score,surgery-related indexes, clinical efficacy, and complication rate of the two groups. Results After treatment, the Harris scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the incision was shorter than that of the control group, the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56% (40/41),which was higher than 82.50% (33/40)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.160,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Free fibular bone graft with vascularized tip applied in the treatment of femoral head necrosis is superior to the combination of surgical dislocation head and neck opening, necrotic bone removal, and compression bone grafting, which reduces the complication rate.
