Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy between Esomeprazole and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcers
Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods 100 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Haijia Hospital in Liaocheng from January to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with fifty cases each.The reference group was given omeprazole treatment,and the study group was given esomeprazole treatment.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 98.00% (49/50),higher than 86.00% (43/50)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.891,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clini-cal symptom scores of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole in the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer patients,can improve the effectiveness of treatment,relieve clinical symptoms,safety is high.
