Clinical Study of Radial Artery Coronary PCI Via Snuff Bottle
Objective To study the clinical outcome of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)via snuffer radial ar-tery coronary artery. Methods One hundred and forty-six patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease treated with PCI admitted to Pingba District People's Hospital of Anshun City from August 2022 to March 2024 were non-randomly selected and divided into the observation group, the control Ⅰ group, and the control Ⅱ group according to the surgical methods.Transnasal radial artery puncture was performed in the observation group(n=36),conventional radial artery puncture in the control Ⅰ group(n=61),and femoral artery puncture in the control Ⅱ group(n=49).The clinical indexes, postoperative feelings, and complication rates of the three groups were compared. Results The opera-tion time, compression hemostasis time, and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control Ⅰ group and the control Ⅱ group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The General Comfort Questionnaire score of the observation group was 89.14±9.48,which was lower than 58.42±8.19 of the control group Ⅰ and 71.42±10.08 of the control group Ⅱ,and the difference was statistically significant(F=8.541,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the complication rates of the 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Snuffer radial artery coronary PCI significantly reduces procedure duration, improves the postoperative patient experi-ence,and shortens the patient's hospital stay.
