Clinical Application Effect of Laparoscopic Preperitoneal Hernia Repair and Traditional Inguinal Hernia Repair
Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,72 cases of inguinal hernia admitted to Siyang Hospital were objectively selected and divided into control group(n=36,traditional inguinal hernia repair)and observation group(n=36,laparoscopic preperi-toneal hernia repair)by different treatment.The surgical indexes,complications and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the operation index and the level of inflammatory factors 3 days after operation(all P<0.05).The post-operative complication rate of observation group was 2.78% (1/36),lower than 19.44% (7/36)of control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=5.063,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery,laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair is more effective,with better surgical indexes such as intraoperative blood loss and postop-erative pain time,less probability of postoperative complications,and less inflammatory reaction of patients,which can speed up postoperative rehabilitation.
