Effect of Dinoprostol Suppository in Promoting Cervical Maturation and Trial Labor in Full-term Pregnant Women
Objective To analyze the effect of Dinoprostol suppository in promoting cervical maturation and trial labor in full-term pregnant women.Methods 76 full-term pregnant women who received trial labor in Xuzhou Heping Ma-ternity Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were objectively selected,and divided into two groups by different treatment.38 cases treated with misoprostol were included in the control group and 38 cases treated with dinoprostol suppositing were included in the observation group.Compare the cervical maturity(Bishop score),trial labor effect,trial labor success rate and adverse reactions between two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the delivery rate within 24 h in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the average time from medication to labor was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The success rate of trial production in the ob-servation group was 94.74% (36/38),higher than 76.32% (29/38)in control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=5.208,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Dinoprostol suppository can further accelerate cervical maturation in full-term pregnant women and improve cervical Bishop score,which has a positive effect on improving the success rate of trial labor,and has less adverse reactions,and has clinical value.
