Clinical Application and Effect Evaluation of Electroacupuncture com-bined with Auricular Pressure Points in Postoperative Analgesia after Ce-sarean Delivery
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with auricular point pressure on postoperative analgesia after cesarean section. Methods The clinical data of 100 women who underwent cesarean sec-tion treated in Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to different postoperative treatment meth-ods.The conventional group received conventional postoperative treatment, while the traditional Chinese medicine group combined with electroacupuncture and auricular point pressure on the basis of conventional treatment, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The level of pain in traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in conventional group, and the level of stress index were better than those in conventional group, ahe differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 6.00% (3/50),lower than 20.00% (10/50)in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with auricular point compression can not only reduce postoperative pain, but also reduce the incidence of physiological stress and adverse reactions.
