Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Effect in Clinical Treatment of Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation
Objective To analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in treating functional dyspep-sia with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.Methods A total of eighty cases of functional dyspepsia with spleen defi-ciency and qi stagnation admitted to Wuxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to Octo-ber 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into investigation group and general group ac-cording to different treatment methods,with forty cases in each group.The investigation group received traditional Chi-nese medicine treatment,while the general group received conventional western medicine treatment.The effective rate,symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the investigation group was 97.50% (39/40),which was higher than 80.00% (32/40)of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.507,P<0.05).Symptom scores in the investigation group were lower than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the investigation group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation is good,which can reduce the symptoms and adverse reactions of patients.
