Study on the Value of Thromboelastography and Conventional Coagula-tion Related Indexes in Diagnosing Deep Vein Thrombosis after Tumor Operation
Objective To investigate the value of using thromboelastography and conventional coagulation indexes in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after tumor surgery.Methods 120 tumor patients admitted to the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from February 2022 to September 2023 were objectively selected and divided into a developing group and a non-developing group with 60 cases according to whether DVT occurred within 30 days.Thromboelastography and conventional coagulation indexes were detected respectively in the above two groups,and the changes and detection efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The R value and K value in the occur-rence group were lower than those in the non-occurrence group,and the α Angle and MA value in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The Fibrinogen(FIB)level of patients in the developing group was(4.21±0.94)g/L,higher than(3.23±0.68)g/L in the non-developing group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.555,P<0.05)There were no statistically signifi-cant differences in activated partial thromboplatin time,prothrombin time and thrombin time between the two groups(all P>0.05).A comparative analysis of the application results of thromboelastography and conventional clotting re-lated indicators in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis after tumor surgery showed that the R value,K value,α Angle and FIB indexes in the thromboelastography indicators had higher efficacy in the diagnosis of deep vein throm-bosis after tumor surgery,and the combined diagnostic value was better than single index,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion R value,K value,α Angle and FIB index have higher calibration efficiency in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis after tumor surgery,and the combined diagnosis is more significant.
