The Impact Analysis of Omeprazole With Hemocoagulase on the Treat-ment Effects and Coagulation Function for Gastrointestinal Bleeding Pa-tients
Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in the treatment of gastrointes-tinal bleeding and its effect on coagulation function.Methods A total of eighty patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and ob-servation group,with fourty cases in each group.The control group was given omeprazole;the observation group was combined with hemocoagulase on the basis of omeprazole.The hemostatic time,rebleeding rate,serological indicators,coagulation function indicators and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The hemosta-sis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the rebleeding rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statisti-cally significant differences in serological indexes between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,serological in-dexes of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%(40/40),which was higher than 82.50%(33/40)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.636,P<0.05).Con-clusion Omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding is helpful to improve the level of growth factor,reduce the inflammatory reaction,repair the coagulation function,and the overall curative ef-fect and prognosis are ideal.
