The Effect of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Combined with He-moperfusion on the Efficacy of Patients With Sepsis
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy combined with hemoperfusion in patients with sepsis.Methods A total of seventy eight patients with sepsis admitted to the Department of Nephrol-ogy,Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with thirty nine cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemoperfusion,and the ob-servation group was treated with continuous renal replacement therapy combined with hemoperfusion.The differences of vital signs,biochemical indexes and inflammatory indexes between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the body temperature(37.07±0.76)℃,respiratory rate(21.11±4.65)times/min,heart rate(94.34±6.21)times/min in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(37.89±0.34)℃,(25.40±3.43)times/min,(99.56±6.98)times/min,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.1505,4.6365,3.4892,all P<0.05).Serum creatinine,blood lactic acid and platelet count in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and white blood cell counts in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous renal replacement therapy combined with hemoperfusion in patients with sepsis is outstanding,which can improve the metabolism of the body,improve inflammation and biochemical indicators,and has high application value.
