Analysis of Sacubitril Valsartan Combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tab-lets in the Treatment of Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency in the Elderly to Regulate Cardiac Function and Serum Indicators
Objective To analyze the effect of sacubitril valsartan+metoprolol tartrate tablets on regulating cardiac function and serum indexes in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of ninety elderly patients with CHF who were treated in the Third People's Hospital of Yutai County from June 2022 to November 2023 were non-randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group according to differ-ent medication methods, with forty five cases in each group. The control group was treated with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets, and the observation group was treated with Baqu Valsartan+Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets. The final treatment results(cardiac function, serum index and treatment efficiency)of the two groups were compared. Results The cardiac function of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The serum index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%(43/45)higher than 86.67%(39/45)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.459,P=0.004).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with CHF with batroxobin valsartan+metoprolol tartrate tablets can restore their serum indicators, improve their cardiac function, and further improve the efficiency of treatment.
